I don’t think I will be able to continue this project anymore due to the lack of commitment of participants. Soofy is still in Portland and his current owner refuses to return my emails or get back to me.
If I ever get Soofy back, I think his travel days will be over and I will do another project, one with something that doesn’t have as much sentimental value to me, with the chances of it getting lost.
This breaks my heart because Soofy is really special to me and was a gift from a dear friend. I just wanted to spread love and joy to people around the world. However, in order for that to work properly, people have to stay committed to keep the project going.
This project is dying, if not dead.
Next time, I’ll be more careful about who to let into the project.
The project may come to an end since Andreas has had Soofy since March and will not respond to my emails. I wanted Soofy to visit Amit, but I don’t think that’s going to happen.
Soofy, please come home.
This project has gone on for way longer than it has, and it was doing relatively well, but has reached this wall.
Soofy was mailed to Andreas months ago but Dre has not been responding to emails regarding Soofy’s arrival to Portland. This is causing delay in the project. I have tried Facebook messages and nothing. If you speak to Dre, kindly ask him to send Soofy on his way to the next destination or back to me so I can continue the project. If you do not have the money or resources to do so, I can send you money to mail him back. Please send Soofy on his way, or at least let me know if you didn’t receive him so we can track him down.
Soofy was in transit to Portland over a month ago but I haven’t gotten any responses for his arrival. If anyone has seen him let me know.
